Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 ea egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Thoroughly cream butter, Peanut butter, Sugars, egg, and Vanilla
  2. Sift together dry ingredients
  3. blend dry ingredients into creamed ingredients
  4. bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
